All Sessions will be presented in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Get the latest Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, or Safari. 

Go to the Sessions page and click on the title of each session you are interested in viewing.  You can then watch by clicking the green join presentation button.

Yes, you must already be registered in order to watch sessions. 

First, make sure you added the session to your agenda.  If you have added the session to your agenda, and are still not seeing the green join presentation button, your browser might be cached on your device. You may need to clear your browser’s cache on the join page. To do so:

• On Windows: ctrl + F5
• On a Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
• On Linux: F5

CE certificates are available within 24 hours of the live session. To access your certificate, login and go to the session detail page. There will be a new tab labeled Certificate. Click the tab and then click Download Certificate. 

Access to Certificates expires Dec 31, 2023.

Using the information on your CE certificate, report your credits directly to your association. Members of the OAVT can report their CE in the online member portal.

The Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians will host a series of educational webinars during RVT month in October 2023.

Registration includes:

• Admission to the event and sessions from October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023.

PAYMENTS

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• A cancellation fee of $25 applies to all cancellations.
• Cancellations can be processed online by the registrant until 5:00PM EST on Friday, September 29, 2023
• Cancellation Requests made after 5:00PM EST on Friday, September 29, 2023 will not be refunded
• Registrations may be transferred to another attendee until 5:00PM EST on Friday, September 29, 2022

• Cancellation or Transfer Requests can be made in writing to events@oavt.org or through the event registration system.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians

“2023 RVT Month Daily Draws”

Your participation in The Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVTs) 2023 RVT Month Daily Draws (“The Daily Draws”) shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Daily Draws:

4. Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible for entry to The Daily Draws. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide OAVT or a third party with proof of age and /or identity.
5. No purchase or payment at any time is necessary to enter or win.
6. The Daily Draws shall take place (October 1 to October 31, 2023).
7. The odds of being selected as a winner depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of entries.
8. In order to enter the contest, the entrant must be a member in good standing with the OAVT.
9. OAVT employees, sponsors, and affiliates’ employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
10. Each entrant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry into The Daily Draws only. In the event that the OAVT deems an entrant to have made multiple applications to enter or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, the entrant shall be excluded from The Daily Draws and consequently ineligible to win the Promotional Prize, as defined below.
11. The Prize for winning a daily draw shall be a $50 digital gift card from a select list of available cards.
12. There is no substitute for their prize.
13. The winner must be an RVT in good standing (as defined by the OAVT) to continue to receive their prize.
14. The OAVT shall notify the winner via E-mail within five (5) days of The Daily Draws.
15. In order to claim The Prize, the winner must successfully answer a skill testing question.
16. The Promotional Prize will be delivered by email.
17. Notwithstanding Section 12 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotional Prize winner fails to respond, within seven (7) days, to the E-mail notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and the OAVT shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
18. The OAVT’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Promotional Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
19. Your participation in The Daily Draws is considered your agreement that the OAVT may contact you.
20. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
21. By registering for an RVT month CE webinar, and subsequently entering the Daily Draws, each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions, which govern the Daily Draws and the awarding of the Prize.
22. By entering the Daily Draws each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the OAVT, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection The Daily Draws or the acceptance of the Prize.
23. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Promotional Prize.
24. The OAVT reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
25. The OAVT reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Daily Draws if, in its sole judgment, The Daily Draws is not capable of being conducted as specified.
26. The OAVT reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.
